A school bus accident in Benton County this morning claimed the life of the bus driver and injured seven children.
The driver has been identified as Chester Cole who worked for the school district for several years.
Authorities say the crash occurred near Highway 72 and the bus rolled over on the side of the road. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the accident. No other vehicles were involved.
Three children were airlifted to a hospital in Memphis and the others were transported by ambulance.
