BILOXI, Miss. — Perhaps it’s the romantic spirit of Christmas.
Someone put two gold rings in a Salvation Army bell ringer’s kettle in Biloxi. Along with them was a note. It requests the jewelry go to a Christian couple preparing to tie the knot but can’t afford rings. They are valued at about $500. The Salvation Army says a contest will determine which lucky couple will take the rings home. For more information, contact the Salvation Army.
