At least 40 tornadoes touched down in the magnolia state on April 18th.
According to the National Weather Service, the strongest tornado, an EF2, impacted the town of Morton with winds of 132 miles per hour.

Officials say, once all surveys of the damage are complete, the total number of tornadoes related to the April 18th outbreak could possibly rise.
