A mother, father and grandmother are facing child molestation charges.
Neshoba County Sheriff Tommy Waddell has confirmed that Teresa Hooley and Jon Hooley, the child’s parents, and her grandmother, Eunice Walker have all been charged with lustful touching, which in Mississippi is the charge for child molestation.
The charges stem from accusations that the three engaged in numerous types of sexual acts with a female family member. Waddell stated that the child was under the age of 16.
Teresa has also been charged with condoning child abuse, while additional charges for Jon and Walker include sexual battery.
The child has is now in the custody of Child Protective Services. All three suspects in the case are being held at the Neshoba County Jail on $30,000 bonds.
