RICHLAND, Miss. — Trail has been delayed for the elderly man accused of passing a stopped school bus and running over and killing a 10-year-old in Richland.
Raymond Watts is charged with manslaughter in the 2011 death of Allen Lutrick. He was 82 at the time and said he was taking his wife home from the doctor. No reason given for pushing the trial back. A new court date is expected to be sometime in early January.
