JACKSON, Miss. — Former Vicksburg Mayor Paul Winfield has pled guilty today in a bribery case.
Winfield entered the plea in U.S. District Court in Jackson in connection with city contracts. He faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine when he is sentenced on Nov. 19, court officials said.
