PONTOTOC, Miss. — What this guy is accused of mailing has him in big trouble. Folks in Pontotoc had been getting strange letters for about year and a half now according to Police Chief Larry Poole. It was not a problem until last week when a business owner received a letter containing white powder. The powder was not a poisonous but it sure did give Frank Wilson a scare.
Bobby Hill, 70, is charged with false representation of exposure to a harmful biological, chemical or radioactive substance. Right now Hill is out on a 150,000 dollar bond.
