The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for 79-year-old John Lewis Roper.
Mr. Roper is described as a black male, six feet, two inches tall, weighing 200 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen at approximately 10:30 a.m. yesterday in Saltillo in Lee County, Mississippi. He was last seen wearing a white long-sleeved shirt, black slacks and a black hat. Family members say Mr. Roper suffers from a medical condition that could impair his judgement.
