JACKSON, Miss.- Melanie Dotson, a reporter with WJTV passed away Friday, September 16th at St. Dominic’s hospital.
Dotson was only 22 at the time of her death and had been employed with WJTV for only a few months. She was a recent graduate of Tougaloo college.
Funeral arrangements have been set for a visitation on Friday September 23 at 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.
at Woodworth Chapel on the campus of Tougaloo College.
The funeral will be held at the Brandon Municipal Complex at 1000 Municipal Drive in Brandon on September 24, Saturday, at 11 a.m.
