She has been located and is safe.

She is described as a Native American female, five feet, two inches tall, weighing approximately 220 pounds with long black hair and brown eyes. She has a speaking impediment that makes communication difficult. She was last seen Thursday, September 8 at approximately 10:35 p.m. in the 3000 block of Highway 16 West in Philadelphia.
