OXFORD, Miss.–As the college football season draws closer, a few game times have been announced for the Rebels.
Kickoff for the Sept. 7 home opener against Southeast Missouri has been set for 6 p.m. CT at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium according to the Ole Miss Sports website.
The SEMO game will only be televised on pay-per-view and the prices have not been announced for that just yet.
The Rebels’ Sept. 14 game at Texas will air live on the Longhorn Network, and that telecast will also be seen on several television stations throughout Mississippi and Memphis with a 7 p.m. kickoff.
“We are appreciative of ESPN’s work in reaching out to the state of Mississippi and Memphis area TV stations to broadcast our game versus Texas,” Ole Miss Athletics Director Ross Bjork said on the team’s website. “Because of our partnership with ESPN, they understood our minimum desire to make the game as accessible as possible in our state and the Memphis market.
