MARION COUNTY, Miss.–Drugs that could have gotten into the hands of your kids are now in the evidence locker at a south Mississippi jail.
It was a house in a rural part of Marion County where Ezell Nathan Johnson, Jr. was arrested over the weekend and now the Sheriff’s Dept. is detailing everything they found in the drug bust.
Guns, pot, prescription pills and more than $48,000 were in the house when deputies found Ezell, according to the Marion County Narcotics Task Force, who served a warrant at the house on Hwy. 35 south.
Johnson was charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute while in possession of a firearm.
Bond was set at $50,000.
