TUPELO, Miss.- Richard Morrow, 52, of Corinth was found guilty of fondling a 3-year-old in 2012.
He was found guilty on Wednesday to the charged and due to his previous record, as a habitual offender, he was sentenced to life in prison without the chance for parole.
Morrow was previously convicted in 1995 and plead guilty to touching a child for lustful purposes.
He was out on bond from a possession of marijuana charge in 2012 when he was arrested for the fondling charge.
