The Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating a bus crash in Jones County that left one student with injuries.
The bus was involved in a wreck with another vehicle on Wednesday around 7:30 a.m. The accident happened on Highway 588.
Officials said the school bus was traveling east on Monroe Road when it collided with a Ford truck traveling north.
The student’s injuries are believed to be minor. Nobody else is reported to have been hurt in the crash.
