FORREST, Miss.- Police report the man charged with killing two officers was found dead in his cell Friday night.
Marvin Banks was found unresponsive in his Forest County cell around 8 in the evening on Friday night. He was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead.
Reports say he died of a heart attack but officials are still waiting for toxicology reports. There were no signs of trauma on his body.
Banks was facing capital murder charges for the deaths of two officers earlier this year.
