The search is underway for a motorcyclist who shot at Olive Branch police officers on Monday morning.
According to OBPD, the suspect identified as 34-year-old Colby Alan Towles pulled up on his motorcycle while officers were stopping another vehicle at 1:43 a.m. Towles verbally berated officers before driving away and making a U-turn. On his way back, he shot at law enforcement, barely missing.
Towles is wanted for two counts of aggravated assault on an officer with additional charges possible.
