COLUMBUS, Miss.- Christopher Robuck is in the lock up after allegedly hitting a Salvation Army Bell Ringer.
The incident happened around 6:30 p.m. on Friday at the Columbus Walmart.
The ringer was doing their job when Robuck apparently walked up behind the ringer and hit them in the back of the head. WCBI reports that Walmart workers restrained the man until police arrived.
He is being charged with public drunkenness, and failure to obey a police officer.
