Prospective college students will have the opportunity to earn some cash this week with a round of scholarships being made available.
State Treasurer David McRae announced that College Savings Mississippi will be attending this week’s MAIS football championship games with six $500 scholarships in hand.
The Mississippi Affordable College Savings scholarships can grow over time and be used on elementary and secondary school tuition, education-related technologies (such as laptops), books, college tuition, and much more.
To enter for a chance to win, students are encouraged to find the treasurer’s team at the gate before each game and sign up for the “Tuition Toss.”
