HOULKA, Miss.–Touching a child for lustful purposes, in other words child molestation, is the charge against Houlka Attendance Center teacher Bradley McDonald. He was arrested Monday by Chickasaw County deputies.
Since McDonald is a teacher, he is being charged as someone in a position of trust or authority.
McDonald waived the probable cause hearing, which teachers are entitled to, to determine if there is enough evidence to prosecute.
Instead, he is out on bail of $5,000, reported WTVA, on the condition that he stay away from the victim, a 15-year-old student.
