PHILADELPHIA, Miss.–In jail for not paying back fines, Rexdale W. Henry, 53, of Philadelphia, was found dead in his cell about 10 a.m. Tuesday. He was last seen alive about 30 minutes earlier.
The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation will be handling the investigation.
Coroner Allen Collins told media that an autopsy will be conducted at the State Crime Lab.
