BELZONI, Miss.–You’d trust that an off duty police officer would arrest a person he just saw shoot someone else, not help him get away. But, that’s just what Greenville off-duty Officer Arsenio Robinson is accused of.
The shooting happened at a barbeque in Belzoni Thursday night. Police say Fred Hogan and Officer Robinson came together and after they got there, Hogan got into it with Tahita Banks, 40. Hogan ended up shooting Banks in the head. Banks died.
Witnesses said Officer Robinson then tossed Hogan his keys and Hogan took off.
Today, Belzoni Police need your help finding him. He’s black, 5 ft. 11, 160 lbs., last seen driving a charcoal gray Ford Fusion (4-door), with license plate HMC 711, Humphreys County.
If you know where Fred Hogan is, call the Humphreys County Sheriff’s Dept. of Belzoni Police.
As for Robinson, he was charged with accessory after the fact of murder.
