A strong storm system is expected to move across Mississippi late tonight into Tuesday. According to the National Weather Service, this system will likely bring severe weather to much of the area, especially for locations along and south of the I-20 corridor. While damaging winds up to 80 mph will be the primary threat, a few tornadoes are also possible.
