One of the main suppliers of electricity in north Mississippi-, the Tennessee Valley Authority, intimated this week that it would refuse to provide power for medical marijuana facilities due to possible conflicts with federal laws.
Northern District Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley released a statement stressing that state law is clear and these facilities should be served:
