SMITH COUNTY, Miss.–Stealing a patient’s Social Security number to try to get a credit card for herself is the charge against Kimberly Michelle Gaines, 38, of Jasper County. She was indicted by a Smith County grand jury and arrested this week.
Atty. Gen. Jim Hood’s office offered few details in the case. Gaines worked as a personal caregiver for the victim.
