POPLARVILLE, Miss. — A Poplarville man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for molesting an 11-year-old family friend.
Stanley Hart, 25, who told a judge there was no excuse for his behavior, admitted to assaulting the girl twice during a one-week period while a guest at her family’s Waveland apartment. Following his prison term, Hart must serve five years probation and register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
