LONG BEACH, Miss.- A Long Beach man has been accused of beating and brutally abusing his sister with a broomstick, breaking her arm.
The Sun Herald reports, James Randle Hall was arrested Sunday after his sister was put in the hospital.
Assistant Police Chief Alan Bond says police were called to their home about 8:30 p.m. Saturday and found a 51-year-old woman had been assaulted.
Bond says the beating was the result of an argument between the two. Bond says, the woman told police her brother “was crazy and he just lost it.”
Hall was arrested on an aggravated assault charge. His bond set at $75,000.
