SEASIDE, FL.- A Hattiesburg high school student went from enjoying spring break on the beach to a jail cell.
Christian Lewis Brown, 18, was arrested by Walton County officers on March 8 when cops saw him and another man weighing what appeared to be drugs on a small black scale.
When the police approached the guys, they took off. They were caught and arrested shortly after.
WDAM reports, a mason jar full of marijuana was seized along with $357 in cash.
Brown was arrested in Florida and charged with possession with intent to sell a controlled substance along with possession of marijuana, over 20 grams, and booked into the Walton County Jail facing a $10,000 bond.
