NATCHEZ, Miss. — More jobs are headed to the state. Genesis Energy is planning to expand operations at their Port of Natchez terminal. They will double their railcar capacity where bitumen is handled, a product mined from Canadian oil sands.
That expansion should create about 20 new jobs. Fifteen of those jobs are equipment operators and the other five on the professional staff.
