JT was joined by Terry Farris(J.A.K.E.S. Program – National Wild Turkey Federation) and William McKinley(Deer Program Coordinator – Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks) to talk about how J.A.K.E.S. is teaching youth about gun and archery safety and how to be good conservationists and stewards of nature’s blessings. He also touched on the strength of the deer herd in the Magnolia State and the possibility of Chronic Wasting Disease making its way into the Mississippi Deer population.
