HAZLEHURST, Miss.–A murder in Edmund, Okla. has Mississippi police on alert. The man Oklahoma investigators believe killed James Roland Fox in Edmund on Dec. 14 may have been spotted at the Walmart in Hazlehurst before the murder.
Now police believe he may be in north Mississippi, near the Memphis area.
The MBI did not ID the man, only saying he is white, about 60 years old. They believe he bludgeoned Fox to death in his home, and may have returned to Mississippi afterward.
The picture that was provided to media was taken by video surveillance in the Hazlehurst Walmart.
