PASCAGOULA, Miss. – Search teams have found the body of Brandon Rich. Rich was a senior at Pascagoula High School. He went knee boarding with his friend Caleb Sweeten, 15, on the Pascagoula River when both of them were pulled under a barge by a current.Sweeten’s body was recovered Sunday afternoon. The river has been at flood stage due to last weeks rains.
“We have just recovered the second young man from the Pascagoula River. He has been transported to the Coast Guard station in Pascagoula and is on to the coroners office,” said Lt. Shannon Massey with the Pascagoula Police Department.
