CANTON, Miss.–It’s called “Tough Love” and Poison lead singer Bret Michaels is singing to Nissan vans and SUVs. He’s belting out Lionel Ritchie and Diana Ross’ 80s hit “Endless Love” in hair band style.
It’s a new ad campaign launched after Nissan put their vehicles through more than 6,600 tests, including putting the SUVs in a 140 degree chamber, shaker machine, frame twister and brake tests. The company said it puts the cars through 13 years of wear in three moneths.
Mcihaels has been hired to showcase the worthiness of the cars and trucks and the campaign will be on all different forms of social media, like AOL, Google, Fortune, Entrepreneur, Inc., Bizo, KKB, Edmunds, Cars Direct and Auto Traders.
