JEFFERSON DAVIS COUNTY, Miss.- Another pit bull attack puts another child in the hospital. This time the attack was in Jefferson Davis County and the dog attacked a four-year-old boy.
The little boy was attacked by the dog Sunday evening causing severe injuries to the kid’s face. He was taken to Forest General Hospital in Hattiesburg to undergo surgery that night.
Investigators said the dog was seized and is in quarantine.
The name of the young victim has not been released at this time.
Police are currently investigating more into the pit bull attack.
