GULFPORT, Miss. – Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal has signed a governor’s warrant to extradite a man instigators believe is responsible for a mass shooting on Bourbon St on June 29. Trung Le. 20, was arrested in Gulfport on the fourth of July and later refused to sign extradition papers.
Le faces charges of First Degree Murder in the death of Brittany Thomas, and nine counts of Attempted First Degree Murder.
The warrant still needs Gov. Phil Bryant’s signature.
