JACKSON, Miss. — A fourth arrest has been made in the Rose Cochran photo scandal. John Beachman Mary of Hattiesburg was charged with two counts of conspiracy to including the exploitation of a vulnerable person and photographing of another person without permission.
Mary was released on his own recognizance due to his medical condition.
