MADISON COUNTY, Miss. – A Madison County Justice Court judge is facing an assault charge.
Several people at the Canton Flea Market reported seeing Judge Bill Weisenberger hit an African-American teenager on the back of his head and hearing him yell the N-word. Weisenberger has continued to work as a Justice Court judge since the allegations surfaced two weeks ago. The case against him will be turned over to a grand jury.
