Sentencing Moved to Tuesday for Man Who Sent Ricin Letters to the President

ABERDEEN, Miss. – It has been a back and forth on where to hold the sentencing for James Everett Dutschke. He is the guy that plead guilty to sending ricin laced letters to President Obama, Senator Roger Wicker and a Lee County Judge last year. At first the sentencing was going to take place in Aberdeen, then it moved to Oxford, now it is back in Aberdeen

Sentencing will take place Tuesday morning at 9:30 at the US District Court there.
