FULTON, Miss.–Negligent homicide is the charge against 19-year-old Cody Weaver, of Fulton. He’s the man police say ran over and killed Master Sgt. John Collum, a state wildlife officer who was investigating a prowler call in Ittawamba County Friday night.
Funeral services have been set for Wednesday at 2 p.m.at the Davis Center at Ittawamba Community College, said Senter Funeral Home.

Collum, 56, was an honored 15-year veteran of the Miss. Dept. of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks.
