Kyles was in critical condition after being shot in the head June 18 as he was asleep on the backseat of his mother’s car.
Lakia Bradley, 35 and Kendrick Jackson, 26, were charged with aggravated assault and shooting in an occupied vehicle following that shooting. Police say Kyles’ mother was Jackson’s ex-girlfriend.
