This marks the fifth arrest in the case of the officer who was shot to death outside of his own police department.
Police arrested 18-year-old Andre Sullivan late Thursday night and charged him with accessory after the fact in the capital murder case. He is being held at the Harrison County Jail on a $500,000 bond along with 19-year-old Darian Atkinson who has been charged with McKeithen’s murder. His brother Davian and along with 20-year-old Dalentez Brice, and 21-year-old Joshua Kovachother who have each been charged with accessory after the fact.
