Tuesday night, a typical traffic stop yielded 2-1/2 gallons of liquid methamphetamine, which would produce nearly 23 pounds of meth, worth $460,000. A Brandon police officer pulled over Jose Demesio De Leon Silva of Austin, Texas, and the Nuevo Larado area of Mexico.
