After Madison County police issued a traffic stop on 2 men for driving with an expired tag, they ended up seizing 400 lbs of marijuana.
The driver, Aaron Abernathy and passenger, Esteban Molina-Torres, both have a $100,000 bond.
Both men were placed under arrest for trafficking a controlled substance. Abernathy has also been charged with an expired tag.
The drugs were found in a false compartment on the trailer.
