An investigation is underway after three people were shot and killed on Sunday night in Yazoo City.
According to the Yazoo County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to Walker Road at approximately 9:38 p.m. Upon arrival, they found two males and one female deceased from what appeared to be gunshot wounds.
On Monday, the victims were identified as Benny Simmons, Mary Simmons, and Jerry Stewart. No arrests have been made up to this point.
