Presidential primaries are meant to be a representation of the national electorate. Iowa and New Hampshire are the first two elections in the primary cycle, yet have a disproportionate amount of Caucasians compared the country at large. According to the analyst website WalletHub, experts argue that entitlement to the earliest position in the primaries should be base on multiple factors. Such factors include: sociodemographics, economy, education, religion and public opinion.
